There is no registration in Gilsum on Race Day.

No unregistered runners allowed.

Only entrants who have a reasonable expectation of finishing within approximately 5 hours should compete. Official times will be recorded up to 5 and 1/2 hours.

No early starts or walkers allowed.

No baby strollers, roller-skates, roller blades, bicycles, skateboards, headsets or bicycle support allowed on the course. 

The course is open to normal vehicular traffic. 

All finishers will receive an official Clarence Demar Marathon Medal.
